Chocolate milk is a great sports recovery drink.

After a particularly demanding workout, your body needs protein to help repair inflamed/damaged muscle fibers. Additionally, your body is likely starved for carbohydrates, which is your primary fuel source. Ideally, you need to consume something that has a carbohydrate to protein ratio close to 4:1. It just so happens that chocolate milk has this very ratio and tastes excellent when chilled!
