The easiest way to stop on rollerblades is to let your environment stop you: roll up an incline or in circles until you slow down, or roll into a wall (if you're not going too fast).

If your Rollerblade has a brake, you can lean backwards on the foot with the brake until you stop. The T-stop is a more advanced method, and requires balance: place one foot behind the other at a 90 degree angle, and gently drag the sides of your wheels along the ground. As a last resort, fall on something soft.
