1. Antidiarrheal drugs (gastric distress affects ~10% of all cruise patrons) 2. aspirin (it's safe even when you've been drinking) 3. Dayquil or Sudafed (pools and snorkeling = possible colds) 4. Benadryl (you are going to run across new plants and animals so bring some allergy insurance) 5. A sleep aid (the rocking of the boat and occasional storm can make sleeping hard).
