Slow cook your turkey overnight.

The night before, cover the prepared turkey with aluminum foil and cook at 350 degrees for one hour. Then, drop the heat to 250 degrees, and go to bed. The next day, about an hour before serving, remove the foil and return the oven to 350 degrees. Cook at 350 until the skin is golden brown.
